Once again on one of my favorite Facebook sites I found a gem...
*GASP* What did you just say? NOT a gem??
But it has these great legs that you can take with you and this hole in the back where you can hide treasures!!!
OK OK! I'll admit it wasn't the fairest of the fair. To be honest when I picked it up I thought "Uh Oh! What have I gotten myself into??".
I let it sit in the back of my truck for a week while and waited for inspiration to hit me like lightening. It never did, so I pulled it out of the truck and said that's it you're going down!
Out in the backyard I....preformed surgery? Or was it more like I fled a crime scene?
With the chair dismantled I gave the legs a fresh coat of paint, added new padding to the seat and back and covered them in new fabric.
And that's when this:

Here it sits in the master bath.
Remember: Anything can be made beautiful!
