Dainty Delilah

Hello! Welcome back. Or if this is your first time...welcome! 

Kijiji is one of my favorite places to look for furniture I managed to score 4 awesome dressers from one place! The guy was super nice and even wanted me to send pics of what I do to them. Its always nice when the person you buy it from is excited about what you may do to it. 

This piece was great and solid wood. Lets call her Delilah!

 She had beautiful legs!

But...a not so beautiful peg board back. Eww sorry Delilah but that has to go.

She got a few coats of primer to cover up some unsightly stains.

Then a few coats of a custom mixed antique white and some distressing and she was all ready for wax! (PS ignore the horrible indoor pictures...we've apparently moved from summer to RAIN season). 

Here she is after her new wax job! Isn't she stunning!!

I think Delilah has come a long way, what do you think of her?
